The Intersectionality of Workplace Compliance Policies: How to make informed decisions regarding Title VII and Title IX claims.

The presenter will discuss the opportunities and challenges of education, processing and adjudicating claims of sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace.

Dr. Tracey Folden is a Henderson, KY native.  She holds a BA - Sociology, Western Kentucky University; MAE - Counseling & Student Affairs, Western Kentucky University & Doctorate - Education Policy & Evaluation, University of Kentucky.  After graduation, Tracey began her professinal career in 1995.  However, in 1999, she embarked upon her first position in Higher Education at Western Kentucky University.  Since then Dr. Folden has also attained administrative and adjunct faculty positions at Hopkinsville Community College and the University of Evansville, teaching and supporting families in Kentrucky, Indiana, and Tennessee regions.
